About the Role
This role will require your exceptional English Language Proficiency and Customer Service skills within an Omni-channel environment.
You will be responsible for delivering world-class customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer expectations.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months+ experience in the Industry
- GDS Experience Mandatory
- Airline & Ticketing experience Mandatory
- Familiarity with Galileo or similar systems
- Extensive knowledge of the industry and ability to deal with multiple codes and fares
- Criminal Clearance
- Ability to work rotational shifts – Monday to Sunday (24/7)
The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proactive, independent, and possess a friendly 'can do' attitude.
