Your Role:- You will play a crucial role in managing new client onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.
- You will be responsible for customer setup, training, and initial hand-holding while they adopt our platform.
- Assist customers with campaign execution as applicable.
- Help organize and maintain customer data, guaranteeing accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling, documentation, and meeting coordination.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure clients are fully supported and informed.
- Assist in preparing reports and insights for the team to help improve client experiences.
- Bachelor's degree (highly advantageous).
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer success within a SaaS service environment.
- Highly proficient in technology in general and use of software solutions.
- Highly proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, ClickUp, etc.
- Customer success experience within marketing technology.
- Any experience within Marketing (ideally retail marketing and ideally direct marketing).
