At Jordan HR, we are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our regulatory affairs function. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all our products comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of our regulatory strategies and procedures;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory authorities and industry stakeholders;
- Provide expert advice on regulatory matters and ensure that all product submissions meet regulatory standards;
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and ensure that our processes are adapted accordingly;
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualification;
- Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, preferably in human medicines;
- Demonstrable experience across the product development, commercialization, and maintenance lifecycle;
- Sound project management capabilities;
- Proven ability to consistently deliver to quality, time, and cost standards;
- Experience in using CTD software builder and compilation of eCTD application;
- IT skills;
- Leadership skills and management of personnel resources;
- Ability to prioritize and work to tight deadlines;
- Systems and operations analysis;
- Basic cost management skills;
- Active learning;
- Strategic thinking;
- Ability to cope with a high degree of complexity and change;
- Cross-functional skills: ability to network, liaise, and negotiate with others;
- Ability to set standards and objectives and monitor progress;

The salary for this position is estimated to be around R800,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical aid, retirement funding, and annual leave.
