Responsibilities:
  1. Prepare welcome and departure notes for guests, ensuring a personalized touch.
  2. Check guests in during the day, manage dietaries, and attend to any special requests.
  3. Meet all guests, check-ins, check-outs, and host site-inspections, providing exceptional hospitality.
  4. Assist in training and developing staff, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.
  5. Work closely with the Senior Management team to ensure smooth daily operations, innovate new ideas, and drive service excellence.
  6. Check set-ups for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, maintaining the highest standards of presentation and quality.
