Job Title: Temporary Front Desk Coordinator

Location: Nelspruit

Job Summary:

We are seeking a temporary Front Desk Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a basic understanding of debtors experience and accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, statements of account, debits, and credits
  • Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient operations
  • Adhere to office policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Afrikaans is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Basic understanding of debtors experience and accounting principles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
