Temporary Front Desk Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a temporary Front Desk Coordinator to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and have a basic understanding of debtors experience and accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices, statements of account, debits, and credits
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to office policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, knowledge of Afrikaans is advantageous
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of debtors experience and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Punctual, reliable, and professional demeanor
