Research Manager:

We are currently searching for the most dynamic and skilled researchers in the field. If you possess over 4 years of experience, why not enhance your knowledge of digital, mobile, and social media with us? You will be exposed to all aspects of the research domain, focusing on the daily delivery of exciting and diverse research projects, leading these initiatives from start to finish. You will be part of an engaging, enjoyable, and highly supportive research team, guided by a committed manager who will mentor you in achieving your aspirations. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with top Client Directors and Senior Research Managers, delivering insightful, action-oriented recommendations to some of the most prestigious and exciting companies.

Your role will be crucial within our talented team, assisting clients in addressing their business challenges across a wide array of topics, providing you with immense variety in your daily tasks. You will support clients with everything from advertising concept testing to pre-testing, campaign evaluations, cross-media assessments, and brand tracking.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A first-class degree from a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, Communications, etc.).
  • Over 4 years of experience with quantitative research methodologies and techniques.
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand health tracking research.
  • A passion for brands, digital media, and making a meaningful impact.
  • An interest in analyzing data and transforming it into actionable insights for clients.

  • Have excellent analytical capabilities.
  • Are adaptable and enjoy working in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Appreciate client communication and are comfortable presenting findings.
  • Can articulate themselves professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Are willing to manage all phases of a research project, from survey setup to client delivery.
  • Are proficient in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
