This leading player in the steel manufacturing industry is seeking a Marketing & Research Specialist with strong Excel skills to drive data-driven marketing strategies and support growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis specific to the steel sector.

Analyze data and generate actionable insights to inform marketing strategies, sales forecasts, and product development.

Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, including building complex models, pivot tables, and creating reports that highlight key market indicators.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market research insights with business goals.

Support the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to expand the client base and increase brand visibility.

Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate research findings and marketing performance to senior management.

Monitor industry developments, competitor activities, and economic factors that impact the steel market.

Assist with the creation and management of digital marketing content, including email campaigns, social media, and website updates.

Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and prepare monthly marketing dashboards.

Support internal and external audits related to marketing data and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in marketing research or a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.

Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in data analysis, creating pivot tables, v-lookups, and complex formulas.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large sets of data to provide actionable insights.

Familiarity with market research tools and CRM platforms (Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in digital marketing and content creation is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of the steel or manufacturing industry is preferred.
