Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team at Datafin Recruitment. As a key member of our IT department, you will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and services.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite Support: Provide technical support and assistance to our clients, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.
- ISM Tool: Utilize the ISM Tool to complete daily operational tasks, ensuring that all systems and services are running efficiently and effectively.
- SCCM: Commission and decommission domain and non-domain machines using SCCM, ensuring compliance with standard procedures.
- Audio-Visual / Video Conferencing Support: Provide expert technical support for audio-visual and video conferencing systems, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Printer Support: Troubleshoot and resolve printer-related issues, ensuring that our clients have access to reliable and efficient printing services.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all technical support activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Technical Qualifications: Microsoft, CompTIA, SCCM, Azure, or AWS certifications.
- Experience: Minimum 6 years of desktop support experience, with expertise in SCCM, Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Smart device support.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
