- Execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the B2B segment.
- Plan and implement marketing activities such as product launches, promotions, and campaigns tailored for B2B clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials and presentations for B2B customers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- A diploma/Degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field will be advantageous.
- Proven experience in administration, sales, or as a sales and marketing assistant within the FMCG/ Food & Beverage industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using computers for various tasks; competency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Digital marketing experience will be advantageous.
- Must possess a valid Code 8 driver's license and own transport for commuting to and from work; a company vehicle will be provided for customer visits.
- Agriculture knowledge will be advantageous.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable sales and marketing strategies.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Understanding of FMCG industry dynamics and market trends.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- Weekend duty shall occur every fourth week, according to the weekend duty schedule drawn up beforehand
- Ability to work at least 3 public holidays a year according to staff schedules
