We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging current and potential clients, articulating solutions that our company products can provide, and driving sales growth within the tooling industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the tooling industry
• Service existing customer base and expand on it through cold calling
• Administrate stock holding and paperwork in line with processes
• Maintain an orderly stockroom and categorize inventory effectively
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets
• Identify and prospect potential customers, cultivating strong relationships to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Grow sales volume within existing customer base
• Keep all necessary paperwork and records of relevant daily sales activities up to date
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on new opportunities
Essential Requirements:
• Experience working with manufacturing machines, including but not limited to CNC, milling, lathes, etc.
• Strong understanding of carbide tooling products and applications
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proven sales track record selling carbide tooling products
