Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Director to lead our store operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing store management, staff recruitment and training, customer service, inventory management, sales and marketing strategy, financial budgeting, and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Store Management: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and store appearance.
  • Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates and management staff.
  • Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and feedback.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock levels, and implement inventory control measures.
  • Sales and Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase sales.
  • Financial Budgeting: Prepare and manage store budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous Retail Management Experience: Proven experience in retail management, with a strong track record of success.
  • Financial Background: A financial background is required, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
  • Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
