Strategic Business Growth Manager

A dynamic professional to drive strategic growth initiatives, foster partnerships, and maximize commercial opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of business acumen, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
The Candidate
Candidates should possess the ability to forge new relationships and transform established relationships into successful business opportunities. A track record of significant agreements and contracts is essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Opportunity Identification: Proactively identify and evaluate new business opportunities to expand market presence and revenue stream.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and customers.
- Market Assessment: Analyze global and local industry reports for emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and growth levers in support of assessing new opportunities.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute commercial initiatives and opportunities.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze commercial project performance against established KPIs and objectives.
Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field is required. A proven track record of success in commercial management, corporate development, or business development roles is essential.
