We are a boutique design agency looking for a sales professional to help us grow and source new business.

Key Responsibilities
  • To identify and acquire new business opportunities through meetings, calls, emails, online channels, and networking.
  • To assess inbound and outbound leads to determine if they are a good fit for our design services.
  • To meet and exceed monthly sales targets by consistently generating and converting leads.
  • To engage with key decision-makers and influencers to showcase how our agency can bring their vision to life.
  • To track and guide opportunities from initial contact to conversion.
Requirements
  • Availability from April 2025 or sooner.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in an agency environment with knowledge of print and digital design.
  • A portfolio showcasing success in prospecting and generating new business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans.
  • Own transport is required.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and highly organized to achieve sales targets.
  • Energetic and optimistic with strong planning, reporting, and administrative skills.
  • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and online meeting platforms.
  • Comfortable with LinkedIn outreach and attending networking events.
