About You

We are looking for a seasoned technology professional with a strong track record of delivering complex projects and leading high-performing teams. Your expertise in DevOps, cloud computing, and software development will be essential in driving our digital transformation initiatives forward.

You will have a minimum of 4-year tertiary degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and at least 7 years of experience in telecommunications, insurance, banking, mobile money, or software engineering. A manager track record of 3-4 years or more, with at least 3 years' experience in telecommunications, software engineering, business critical applications design and development is also required.

In addition, you will need to possess hands-on experience in managing, leading and implementing innovative insurance products and initiatives, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit, self-driven and ability to motivate a fast-paced team. Working across diverse cultures and geographies is also highly valued.
