Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruiter/Account Executive to join our team at Staff Domain Inc. This role involves sourcing candidate profiles, lead generation, and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and spoken English communication skills, good business acumen, and the ability to work as part of a team. They will be responsible for understanding job requisitions, providing job descriptions, and executing sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing candidate profiles, lead generation, and building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Understanding job requisitions through calibrations and/or providing job descriptions and executing sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates.
  • Screening potential candidates through job portals, available databases, social media, and other reliable channels.
  • Job writing and job posting on various channels.
  • Conducting preliminary interviews to assess capabilities, communication skill levels, location preferences, salary expectations, etc.
  • Negotiating wage rates and other terms of employment and gaining commitment from candidates for current and future job opportunities.
  • Providing daily and weekly status reports and invoicing information to management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience for a wide array of job verticals within the UK Market preferred but not compulsory.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Good business acumen, highly driven, results-oriented, and values harmony within a team.
  • Experience in using various ATS tools, job boards, and CRM (e.g. Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoom info, Indeed, and the like).
  • Strong on-the-phone ability to create interest, grow relationships, and build rapport.
  • Competency using Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a very strong ability to lead, and work as part of a team.
  • Strong customer service and presentation skills.
  • Professionally articulate and have a strong attention to detail.
  • Hungry to grow with the company and driven to succeed.
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality, emotionally intelligent, and a strong ability to create rapport.
  • Persistent and perceptive, one should always be able to get something out of every conversation.

Benefits and Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a dynamic and supportive work environment, access to cutting-edge technology and tools, and opportunities for growth and development.

Work Arrangements:

This is a full-time position working on-site in our Randburg Office, with standard working hours of 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (UK GMT) Monday to Friday. All interviews and other hiring requirements are done virtually or through video calls or emails.
