Talented Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and organized Content Creation and Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies to reach and engage our target audience, including planning, creating, and scheduling content that aligns with our brand's voice and messaging.
  • Content Creation: Design and develop compelling marketing content, including graphics, videos, blog posts, and newsletters, that showcase our brand's personality and values.
  • Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns, tracking results, and providing insights for future improvements to optimize our marketing efforts.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential customer needs to support marketing strategies and inform content creation.
  • Event Support: Help coordinate and manage event logistics, including promotional materials, event setup, and post-event follow-ups, to ensure a seamless and engaging experience for attendees.
  • Website Maintenance: Support website updates and manage content to ensure it remains current and aligns with marketing objectives, including maintaining accuracy, relevance, and consistency.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing activities and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies, providing actionable insights for future improvement.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties such as maintaining marketing databases, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting with budgeting and expense tracking to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with exposure to social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and social media scheduling tools, with familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of current social media trends and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with a growth mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
