As a Technical Field Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Meeting with customers to understand their needs and plan installation projects
  • Installing and configuring hardware and software at customer premises
  • Troubleshooting network, hardware, and software issues
  • Providing excellent customer service through telephonic and email support
