Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cash Operations Manager to join our team in Johannesburg. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our cash processing center.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the team's administrative processes to ensure accuracy and completeness of record-keeping.
  • Lead quality initiatives to facilitate the delivery of section-specific outputs and optimize resources.
  • Ensure adherence to controls, established practices, and given processes by self and team members.
  • Review and supervise the work of team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of information integrated through the National Cash Management Solution.
  • Diagnose problems and choose or modify routines to deal with them, displaying problem-solving skills within a defined context.

Requirements:

  • A National Diploma in Business Management (NQF 6) or equivalent qualification.
  • Three to five years' experience in a cash-handling environment, with at least one year of supervisory experience.
