- Prepare theatre files and distribute information to patients.
- Attend to dictations and distribution of feedback, medical reports, letters of motivation etc.
- Perform PA duties such as flight bookings, conference bookings, diary management etc.
- Reception duties on Fridays and as required.
- Coordinate theatre and patient services.
