This is a hybrid role./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliMaintain excellent customer/client relationships/liliDeliver on and exceed sales targets as per business expectations/liliMonitor the quoting and operational accuracy of the team/liliEnsure operational excellence daily/liliMonitor workload distribution/liliOversee quotation checks and conduct spot checks, as well as create cost and margin awareness/liliGuide the team to achieve goals/liliBuild up and maintain a high level of motivation and team spirit/liliBe approachable and supportive/liliDemonstrate an understanding of the concepts cost, profit, net and gross selling prices/liliBe aware of our competitors' products/liliTravel occasionally on educational and familiarization trips to Southern Africa, report back and provide training to the team/liliDemonstrate excellent communication skills and customer care/liliSupport the decision-making process of management by giving input/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliExperience leading a Reservations Team for an inbound tour company/destination management company/liliExcellent knowledge of Southern and East Africa/liliMS Office, Tourplan and Wetu/li/ul
