We are seeking a Field Support Engineer to join our community of skilled professionals. In this role, you will assist end-users, install and configure equipment, and collaborate with senior engineers to resolve technical challenges.

  • Responsible for repairing, troubleshooting, and installing hardware and software of new faulty laptops and desktops.
  • Windows OS Software installation, support, and troubleshooting including of 3rd party applications.
  • To ensure that all open tickets are managed within the SLA.
  • To reach efficiency target.
  • Mobility support/workshop and Field support engineer.
About You

We are looking for an individual with 2-5 years of experience in service delivery, desktop support, network support, and Active Directory. Experience in mobile device support is also essential.

  • Grade 12 qualification.
  • Certificate in CompTIA A+/N+ International or equivalent.
  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST).
  • Excellent soft skills.
