The Customer Relationship Manager is a pivotal role at Altron, responsible for fostering exceptional relationships with our clients. This individual will oversee the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring unparalleled service satisfaction through the delivery of consistent and value-added services/solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end customer journey, guaranteeing timely and efficient resolution of queries.
  • Cultivate strong interpersonal relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and retention.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of customer needs and requirements, aligning account and service plans accordingly.
  • Develop and implement innovative methods to improve customer service delivery and overall satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of customer-focused initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of excellence within the team, promoting high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification – Bachelor degree preferable in Business Management or related field.
  • Between 5 and 7 years' experience in customer relations/IT operations/service delivery/retail management.
  • Proven track record in customer services/project management.
  • Strong presentation skills, financial and business acumen, and knowledge of solution offerings and technological environments.
