Academic Instructor

**Job Title:** Academic Instructor - IT Network Specialist

**About the Role:** We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Instructor to join our team at CTU Career Chatz. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students, focusing on IT Network Design and Administration.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and materials to support student learning in IT Network Design and Administration.
• Lecturing: Plan and manage weekly classes, prepare and deliver learning content in both contact and online learning environments, and interpret content to develop presentations for lectures.
• Assessment and Feedback: Communicate with learners, guide them in completing formative and summative assignments, mark assessments, and provide timely feedback within established deadlines.
• General Academic Administration: Record student attendance, identify students at risk, set up additional support when required, record student results, and participate in staff meetings to address logistical issues and share knowledge on academic development.

**Requirements:**

• Minimum NQF-7 Qualification in Networking or other relevant qualification.
• Microsoft and Cisco certificates will be an advantage.
• Previous experience in facilitating will be advantageous.
• Extensive knowledge of Computer systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Databases.
• Extensive knowledge of Networks.

**Compensation:** The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000-$100,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
