We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Clerk to join our team in Knysna. As a key member of the Synergy Human Resources team, you will play a vital role in managing financial transactions and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of approximately R220,000 per annum, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Debtors Management: Billing invoices, statements, and collecting payments in a timely manner to minimize outstanding balances.
  • Financial Administration: Assisting with account queries, recons, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Providing excellent communication skills when interacting with clients via telephone or email correspondence.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Grade 12: A minimum qualification in Business Studies or equivalent.
  • Previous Experience: Preferably in the medical industry, with candidates who have experience receiving preference.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and accuracy with numbers.
