**Job Title:** Inventory Analyst

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Inventory Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory levels and transactions within our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • **Inventory Management:** Train and monitor functional areas to ensure accurate and timely inventory transactions, including production and scrap reporting, receipt entry, and back-flushing of raw materials.
  • **Cycle Counting:** Coordinate and lead physical inventory processes, identifying potential root causes and driving investigations with responsible departments.
  • **Inventory Variance Analysis:** Implement corrective actions for inventory variances and monitor QAD negative inventory reports.
  • **BOM Reviews:** Participate in Bill of Materials (BOM) reviews for manufactured parts and work with BOM and Systems Specialists to ensure accurate transactions.
  • **Visual Inventory Systems:** Lead efforts to organize visual inventory systems on the shop floor.
  • **Process Improvements:** Suggest and implement system or process improvements and ensure compliance with internal and external procedures.
  • **4-Wall Counts:** Coordinate and support 4-wall counts, including setup, execution, and investigation.
Requirements:
  • **Education:** Minimum tertiary qualification or technical diploma in supply chain management or related field.
  • **Experience:** Three to five years of experience in inventory management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • **Skills:** Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to write reports and business correspondence.
  • **Software:** Knowledge of MRP systems, QAD, and ESB is advantageous.
