Learning and Development Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the field of Learning and Development, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to gain valuable workplace experience as a Learning and Development Administrator. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs that meet the needs of the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Coordinate the booking of classrooms and ensure they are properly set up for training sessions.
- Prepare and disseminate training materials, including instructional notes and feedback forms.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors and participants, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Identify and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring a smooth and efficient training experience.
- Submit regular reports on training activities and results, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Recommend new training programs and initiatives to enhance the organization's Learning and Development offerings.
- Proven experience in a Training Administrator or similar role would be advantageous.
- Experience in project management would be beneficial.
- A driver's license would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of office procedures and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: R5500 monthly stipend
