Learning and Development Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in Cape Town, Western Cape, is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to gain valuable workplace experience as a Learning and Development Administrator. This exciting opportunity will provide the successful candidate with the chance to develop their skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the creation and implementation of training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, including trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets.
- Coordinate the booking of classrooms and ensure they are properly set up for training sessions.
- Prepare and disseminate training materials, including instructional notes and feedback forms.
- Act as a point of contact for vendors and participants, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Resolve issues and concerns as they arise, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
- Submit regular reports on training activities and results, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
- Recommend new training programs and initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational performance.
- Proven experience in a training or administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and billing.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues, vendors, and participants.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with a working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
