Role Overview

We are seeking a graduate intern to join our Key Account Management team and develop their skills in the corporate education space. This 6-month internship offers the potential for permanent employment upon successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Key Account Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Report on learner status and close reports
  • Prepare monthly status reports for each client
  • Manage student enrollments and retention campaigns
  • Complete ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements
  • Learn to navigate our CRM system
  • Assist Key Account Managers through the sales lifecycle and in building learning solutions for clients
Requirements
  • Undergraduate qualification in business administration or a related field
  • Genuine passion for people and commitment to service excellence
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Analytical aptitude
  • Ability to work from our office in Cape Town 2-3 days a week (or as required)
