About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and account expansion.
  3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in sales or account management, preferably in a service-related industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
