Key Accounts Manager
We are a leading specialist sales recruitment agency, Salesworx, and we are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their sales skills and make a real difference in the lives of customers.
The primary goal of this role is to ensure that we meet our coverage, sales, distribution, and retail presence targets for both warehouse and buying group entities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Analyze customer needs and preferences to identify potential opportunities.
- Promote and sell products and services using effective communication skills.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to drive sales growth.
- Monitor market trends and customer behavior.
- Provide regular reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities.
- Negotiate and persuade customers to meet their needs.
- Complete daily administrative tasks efficiently.
