We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team at Black Pen Recruitment. As a key member of our client's international contact centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to passengers across various work streams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist passengers with pre and post-flight travel-related queries in Spanish and English languages
- Work on airline reservations systems and handle voice calls in English and Spanish, including written correspondence
- Daily interactions with international passengers with queries and compliments
- Meet specific key performance indicators and client service levels
Requirements:
- Native level fluency in Spanish language: Verbal & Written
- Located in South Africa
- Permanent residence permit/South African ID holders only
- Flexibility to work shifts
- Fibre internet connection or fixed stable ADSL line required at own cost
- UPS Solution required during load shedding
What We Offer:

- 4 weeks of fully paid training
- Probation period: 4 months
