Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Port Elizabeth.
About the Role:- Job Summary: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the project team, ensuring seamless project delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager and Site Manager with daily tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and visitors.
- Respond promptly to emails and digital queries.
- Manage calendars for senior staff, arrange travel, and coordinate meeting logistics.
- Draft and edit letters, reports, and documents.
- Input and update information in databases and spreadsheets.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and assist with weekly reports.
- Maintain site office equipment and perform operational tasks.
- Conduct research, compile information, and summarize findings.
- Maintain a secure online filing system.
- Requirements:
- Grade 12; Diploma advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel.
- 2 – 3 years' experience.
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping processes.
- Ability to use initiative to problem-solve.
