The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer in accordance with standard operating procedures and OEM requirements.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities to ensure seamless interaction with customers, technicians, and manufacturers.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Loading and updating warranty claims on the system
  • Conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Reviewing and submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer
  • Collaborating with the technical team to resolve issues and provide solutions
Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent
  2. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in the automotive industry
  3. Familiarity with warranty claims processes and procedures
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills:
