Are you a customer-focused Service Advisor with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a professional to join our workshop team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assist with their service-related inquiries.
  • Open and manage Estimates and Job cards for all work.
  • Ensure estimates are sent to clients promptly and confirm go-ahead within 1 hour of booking or truck arrival.
  • Work closely with mechanics, foremen, and technical advisors to provide solutions and alternatives for repairs.
  • Promote and upsell vehicle service campaigns.
  • Confirm vehicle warranty, service plan, or maintenance plan status, and handle billing accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the parts department to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Keep clients updated every 4 hours on the status of their vehicle.
  • Prepare and cost job cards to be invoiced before the vehicle is released.
  • Explain all work completed to clients and ensure satisfaction.
  • Oversee workshop efficiency and workflow, keeping operations smooth.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate (Essential)
  • Relevant training or qualifications as a Service Advisor or in a similar role
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong knowledge of automotive technology
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Evolve, and related software
  • Ability to manage 20-25 job cards daily
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities
  • Code 8 drivers license (Essential)
