Process Improvement Coordinator

RCL FOODS, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Process Improvement Coordinator to join their Speciality Division in Spartan. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will assist in analysing and improving production processes, focusing on resource usage, production efficiency, and material usage variance.
This role is ideal for individuals with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for process improvement. The Process Improvement Coordinator will report directly to the Continuous Improvement Specialist and work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This remuneration package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
Key responsibilities of the Process Improvement Coordinator include:
- Analysing production processes to identify opportunities for improvement;
- Collaborating with the Continuous Improvement Specialist to develop and implement effective solutions;
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of process improvements on production efficiency and resource usage;
- Providing regular updates and reports to management on progress and outcomes.
Applicants should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A degree in a relevant field such as engineering, business, or operations management is highly desirable.
