Staff Concepts is seeking a qualified Claims Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance and support on personal & commercial claims business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Liaising with clients to provide feedback on claim progress
• Handling client queries regarding claims
• Managing claims from receipt to closure
• Validating claims against policy parameters
• Registering claims and collecting additional information as required
• Recording details in relevant systems

Requirements:
• Grade 12/Matric NQF Level 4 qualification
• Full qualification (short-term insurance) as set by regulation
• Regulatory examination (Representatives) RE5 successfully completed
• A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in claims
• Fully computer literate (Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook)

Estimated Salary: R250,000 - R350,000 per annum
