Key Account Business Development Specialist

Stafflink Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success in the hardware, electrical, and lighting industry. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Buidling and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts;
- Identifying new business opportunities and closing deals;
- Providing excellent customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development;
- Proven sales experience in the hardware, electrical, and lighting industry;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle;
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- A base salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum;
- Overtime pay and bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets;
