They will unite IT operations, administration, and stakeholders to resolve challenges and drive progress, fostering open communication and collaboration.

We require a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in the software industry. At least 2 years of experience as a team lead, experience in remote work environments, and strong business acumen are also essential. Additionally, the ideal candidate should have significant experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), a working knowledge of transformer models, layers, and the impact of generative AI on software development processes, as well as understanding of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
