We are seeking an experienced Web3 Innovation Leader to join our team at Jowicom. As a Blockchain Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing the platform's architecture and foundational framework.

Role Overview

In this role, you will lead the development of a scalable, secure system that ensures seamless user experiences and meets stringent compliance standards within the iGaming industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Blockchain Strategy: Design a decentralised identity platform using blockchain frameworks, consensus mechanisms, and protocols.
  • Implement Security Protocols: Integrate advanced security protocols to safeguard user data across distributed networks.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Align architectural design with evolving industry regulations, including data privacy and KYC standards.
  • Optimise for Scalability: Develop an architecture that balances scalability and efficiency, enabling rapid transaction speeds and high data integrity.

You will work closely with developers and smart contract teams to produce robust documentation supporting scalability.

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience as a Blockchain Architect in Web3 or decentralised finance.
  • Expertise in blockchain frameworks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or Polkadot.
  • Proven track record of architecting scalable, secure, and compliant blockchain-based solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of cryptographic principles, distributed ledgers, and data security.
  • Familiarity with iGaming or financial services regulations is highly desirable.
About the Role

We estimate the salary for this position to be approximately $140,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of expertise required.
