Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, managing staff, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Allocate staff to daily functions, manage duty schedules, and supervise staff to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Patient Care: Investigate complaints, plan resident care, and ensure meal serving and satisfactory interpersonal relations.
  • Medical Management: Ensure doctors' orders are carried out, administer medication, and maintain accurate records.
  • Administration: Control ward/unit administration, maintain equipment, and ensure stock control.
  • Infection Control: Implement infection control measures, maintain a clean and safe environment, and ensure staff adherence to protocols.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks, ensure staff are aware of their responsibilities, and submit reports as required.
Requirements:
  • Qualified in General Nursing Science and registered/licensed under the Nursing Act.
  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to work Night Shift on a rotational basis.
