Job Title: Clinical Assessor and Rehabilitation Specialist
Location: Nurture Beacon Bay physical rehabilitation facility

At Nurture Health Group, we are seeking an experienced Clinical Assessor and Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at our Nurture Beacon Bay physical rehabilitation facility in East London. As a key member of our rehabilitation team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.


About the Role:



  • Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care through the completion of pre-admission assessments, in-hospital treatment, and post-discharge follow-up.
  • Provide quality preventative, curative, and psychosocial therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with families, patients, and referring doctors to ensure values-based care is being provided.
  • Advocate on behalf of the patients to ensure policies and services serve their best interests.
  • Coordinate admission and discharge management, and facilitate continuum of care from inpatient to outpatient care.

Requirements:



  • Allied Health Professional (HPCSA registered) or Registered Nurse (SANC registered).
  • 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Experience in other fields of rehabilitation such as management, task teams, or policy/process implementation will be an advantage.
  • Experience working with ICD 10 coding advantageous.
  • Excellent and creative marketing skills.
