The Manpower Group SA (Pty) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Administrator to join their team in Cape Town. This role involves providing administrative support to the Financial Advisor, ensuring efficient processing of financial administration for new and existing clients.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients through telephone and electronic means
  • Ensure compliance with regulations such as FICA, FAIS & Due Diligence by gathering data and performing tasks
  • Data Capture – update client information on CRM system (Elite Wealth), record keeping, and workflows/tasks
  • Forms Administration: pre-populate apps, send to clients, manage returns, and capture forms/submissions to Financial Institutes
  • Process instructions: redemptions, transfers, ad-hoc's, and switches for local and offshore investments
  • Prepare client quotes and comparisons with various Financial Service Providers
  • Collaborate with paraplanners to prepare client proposals
  • Develop reports, agendas, presentations, and spreadsheets for internal meetings and client sessions
  • Provide general administrative support

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Senior Certificate
  • Diploma – desirable
  • Previous administrative experience
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' work experience in an insurance, investment, or Asset Management environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good telephonic manner
  • Ability to analyze and understand insurance policies
  • Knowledge of industry terminology
  • Systematic approach to work
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organized and efficient
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook proficiency
  • Experience with Elite Wealth or other CRM systems
  • Understanding of various products, including risk cover, Retirement Annuities, Investments, Preservation Funds, Pension & Provident Funds, Living Annuities, and Medical Aid, Employee Benefits

We estimate the salary for this position to be around R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
