Key Responsibilities:
Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Process Oversight: Manage the complete sales cycle, from order receipt to product delivery coordination, ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Perform regular stock audits, oversee receipts, and address any discrepancies.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Issue invoices, track receivables, and ensure accurate account reconciliations.
  • Online Order Fulfillment (B2C): Process online orders, handle EFTs, manage RMA processing, and generate waybills for prompt dispatch.
  • Local Purchase Orders & Invoicing: Administer local purchase orders and invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
Additional Duties:
  • B2B Client Support: Manage orders and communications for B2B customers, ensuring high-quality service and satisfaction.
  • Customer and Team Interaction: Facilitate email and phone communications with customers, marketing teams, sales representatives, and clients.
  • Administrative Assistance: Organize staff claims, maintain document filing systems, and record credit card transactions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A driven individual with a high school diploma or equivalent (additional qualifications in administration or finance are advantageous).
  • Experience in sales administration or similar roles, demonstrating excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
  • Strong communication skills paired with a customer-centric approach.
