You will also contribute to the development and maintenance of confidential processes for handling complaints and allegations, provide ethically sound advice and recommendations, and review policies to ensure consistency and integration with the company's ethics code and philosophy.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Compliance, or equivalent
  • Ethics Officer Certification Programme or equivalent certification (Preferred)

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Ethics, Compliance, Investigations, or other related fields is required
  • Prior experience in an Ethics function or delivery of ethics training is highly desirable
