Job Summary:

This is a full-time position requiring a highly organised and detail-focused individual to manage conveyancing documents, communicate with clients, and ensure the timely registration of property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing conveyancing documents, including transfers and guarantees.
  • Communicating with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders regarding transaction progress.
  • Coordinating with the deeds office to ensure timely registration of property transactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Performing general administrative tasks, such as filing and photocopying.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification in conveyancing.
  • Proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good command of the English language.
  • Computer literate (MSOffice suite).
  • Experience with Lexis Convey is an advantage.

Our estimated salary for this position is R550,000 - R750,000 per annum based on your qualifications and experience.
