Job Title: Senior Administrative Specialist - Business DevelopmentJob DescriptionOverview

This role provides critical support to the Business Development team, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities:
  1. Emails and Communication
    • Respond to emails and requests in a timely manner.
    • Provide clear and concise feedback to clients and colleagues.
  2. Document Management
    • Maintain accurate records of company documents and templates.
    • Organize and file Business Development Department documents.
  3. Reporting and Analytics
    • Prepare weekly sales dashboards and monthly sales reports for senior management.
  4. Client Onboarding
    • Assist with gathering client information and supporting documents.
    • Manage the client onboarding process.
  5. Meeting and Calendar Management
    • Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
    • Record and follow up on meeting minutes and deliverables.
  6. Project Support
    • Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and tenders.
    • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and updates.
  7. Compliance and Regulatory
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
