About the Role

As a Digital Content Producer at 99c, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality content campaigns that exceed client expectations. You will work closely with our team to understand client needs and develop effective strategies to achieve their goals.

You will have a proven track record in client service, content production, and/or social media management, with experience working on current and emerging social platforms. Your excellent attention to detail, positive attitude towards tight deadlines, and ability to think creatively will make you an asset to our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Service & Project Management:
    • Work closely with Client Service & Social Media teams to integrate into day-to-day campaign and always-on work.
    • Build trust through ongoing thought leadership.
    • Create & manage creative briefs, client feedback, and delivery of content.
    • Shoot and manage content timelines, cost estimates, billing, and budgeting.
    • Manage permits, licensing, negotiating, casting, and studio equipment maintenance.
    • Manage any freelance production and creative support for the department.
  • Content Marketing:
    • Work closely with the Social Media Department and the Social Content Creator to identify creative social trends and opportunities for our clients via trend sourcing, outreach, and tactical response.
    • Be able to put proposals together in a very short amount of time to meet trend targets effectively.
    • Ensure work is effectively scheduled and activated across channels – and then listen for any additional content marketing requirements for response.
    • Work closely with the influencer department for effective influencer reviewing, sourcing, outreach, and day-to-day management on any content marketing jobs.
  • Content & Channel Performance Management:
    • Work closely with Strategy Department to deliver accurate benchmarks and reports of your content marketing efforts.
    • Ad Hoc: Channel, Content, Campaign, and Health Audits / Reporting.
    • Ad Hoc: Performance checks and recommendations.
