At IntelliStaff, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Spa Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service experiences in a luxurious environment.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading hotel brand, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000. In addition to a competitive salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Tidiness: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in hotel guest rooms and public areas, adhering to established protocols and procedures.
  • Spa Treatments: Deliver a wide range of high-end spa treatments, including facials, massages, body wraps, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other beauty therapies, ensuring that every guest receives a personalized and memorable experience.
  • Skincare and Wellness Advice: Offer expert advice on skincare and wellness, recommending treatments and products tailored to each guest's unique needs and preferences.
  • Guest Service: Ensure that every guest receives a five-star service experience, leaving them feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and cared for.
  • Hygiene and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety, ensuring that all treatment areas and equipment are kept clean and safe at all times.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and product innovations to enhance your skillset and deliver exceptional service.
  • Product Sales: Promote and sell spa products to guests, using your expertise to recommend solutions for their specific needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the wider spa and hotel team to deliver exceptional service in a luxury environment.
  • Guest Bookings: Handle guest bookings and consultations with professionalism, discretion, and courtesy.
Requirements
  • Beauty Therapy Qualification: Possess a qualification in Beauty Therapy, with additional qualifications or certifications in advanced treatments being a plus.
  • Experience: Have previous experience as a Beauty Therapist in a 5* hotel or high-end spa environment, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a luxury setting.
  • Luxury Spa Standards: Possess a strong understanding of luxury spa standards and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Beauty Treatments: Have extensive knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and wellness therapies, enabling you to provide expert advice and recommendations to guests.
  • Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, ensuring seamless interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Appearance and Demeanour: Present a polished, professional appearance and demeanour, reflecting the high standards of IntelliStaff.
  • Flexibility: Be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required by the hotel and spa operational needs.
