Customer Relationship Manager

Immploy is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, including restaurants, wine retailers, and distributors.
- They will identify and target new sales opportunities to expand market share and build long-term business relationships with decision-makers within client accounts.
- Promote and sell the company's range of wines and related products, ensuring clients understand product features and benefits.
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, detailing progress, challenges, and sales performance.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, preferably in the food, beverage, or hospitality industry.
- A solid understanding of wines, wine regions, and the wine industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
