Are You Someone Who Can:
  1. Provide and maintain excellent customer service delivery to meet customer needs by offering efficient transactional day-to-day solutions to customer queries in line with Business Unit objectives.
  2. Demonstrate cost consciousness and awareness of personal contribution to costs and productivity.
  3. Provide operational support related to activities and initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and profitability of an area of work.
  4. Drive sales across product and campaign initiatives to exceed set targets.
  5. Ensure first-time resolution of customer queries or complaints and take ownership of any requirements and follow up on queries handed over to other parties or areas to ensure delivery on agreed timelines and Service Level Agreements.
  6. Ensure own product knowledge and guidance provided is technically accurate and collects feedback to help improve customer service.
  7. Establish relationships with relevant individuals and departments to deliver on work expectations.
  8. Draw on knowledge and experience to identify and develop solutions that lead to improved service delivery and quality.
  9. Achieve sales targets in line with performance scorecards and achieve an acceptable cost of sales ratio through pipeline management and sales quality.
  10. Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue and to grow the organisational client base while containing costs.
You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You:
  1. Have a relevant NQF level 5-7 qualification, with at least 2 years relevant experience.
  2. Have solid knowledge of Pivot tables and PowerPoint.
  3. Reside in Cape Town; if not, please note that FNB will not assist with relocation expenses.
  4. Able to work independently.
